This image as one of our work for national-level contest named World Of Wayang 2011 held by Wayang dan Kita Organization from Indonesia. The work's for applied to T-Shirt Print as campaign for today's youth to knowing wayang, one of Indonesia's Great Culture Heritage.
The idea was born from B.G.R.K(Wirawan Argono)'s drawing style knowing him is one of urban artist in WFW itself. The concept and story-beyond-the-art was from Idealisticalith(Dinar Wahyu Herlambang). This work just applied easy-message to youth that one of Wayang story is Gatotkaca vs Karna on Baratayudha War, accident that makes Gatotkaca died.
But the only one message is "Knowing Wayang trough the urban style Illustration" as many t-shirt designs was in this style.
Had been submitted and..
Not been qualified, even as the finalists, haha..
But, this work makes us pleasure enough when it saw as authentic whole artwork.
